板式低温蒸馏海水淡化技术是远洋船舶的重要淡水制备方法,文章根据板式低温蒸馏的热力学原理,设计并制造了一台蒸馏海水淡化装置,并以产水率为优化目的进行了相关实验研究。结果表明:热源水入口温度和流量是影响系统产水率的重要参数,产水率随热源水入口温度(60~74℃)和流量(2 000~3 900 kg/h)的增大基本呈线性增大的趋势;进料水流量存在最优值(150 kg/h左右),低于最优值时,产水率随进料水流量增大而增大,超过最优值后,进料水流量并不能显著提高产水率,甚至导致产水率下降,相关实验数据对海水淡化装置的优化设计提供了数据支持。
Plate cryogenic distillation desalination technology is an important freshwater preparation method for ocean-going vessels.
