目的:观察通络舒胶囊的工艺制备及治疗血栓栓塞性疾病的药理学效应实验研究。方法:采用寒冷刺激加肾上腺素造成血瘀模型等方法,观察通络舒胶囊的药理作用。结果:模型组与正常组比较,有延长小鼠凝血及出血时间的趋势(P<0.05或P<0.01);模型组血液中TT、PT、APTT内源性和外源性凝血功能明显缩短,血小板聚集率显著增高;均能明显降低血瘀高凝大鼠模型Ⅱ因子活性,降低血小板聚集率,抑制内源性和外源性凝血系统,降低血液高凝状态;能延长小鼠存活率(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通络舒胶囊制备工艺简便,质量易于控制,药理疗效明显,能明显延长小鼠凝血时间、显著降低血瘀大鼠的血小板聚集作用。
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of Tongluo Shu capsule preparation and treatment of thromboembolic diseases. Results: Compared with the normal group, the model group had the tendency of prolonging the clotting and bleeding time (P <0.05 or P <0.01); the endogenous and exogenous coagulation function of TT, PT and APTT in the model group were significantly shortened, Platelet aggregation rate was significantly increased; both can significantly reduce blood stasis hypercoagulability Ⅱ factor activity, reduce platelet aggregation rate, inhibit endogenous and exogenous coagulation system, reduce blood hypercoagulability; can prolong the survival rate of mice ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Tongluo Shu capsule has the advantages of simple preparation process, easy quality control and obvious pharmacological effect. It can significantly prolong the clotting time of mice and significantly reduce the platelet aggregation in blood stasis rats.
