目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维后处理技术在先天性支气管起源异常中的应用。方法对8例怀疑支气管畸形的患者CT资料进行三维重建。结果经过MPR、Min IP处理后结合VR(包括透明化处理)能更准确的判定先天性支气管起源异常的部位、程度及特征。结论多层螺旋CT三维后处理技术对先天性支气管起源异常具有特征征象.是一种较准确的无创性诊断方法,为治疗提供有意义的影像学信息,具有较高的临床诊断及指导价值。
Objective To investigate the application of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional post-processing technique in the genesis of congenital bronchus. Methods CT data of 8 patients with suspected bronchial malformations were reconstructed by 3D reconstruction. Results After MPR and Min IP treatment combined with VR (including the treatment of transparency) can more accurately determine the origin, degree and features of congenital bronchial origin. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional post-processing technique is characteristic of the origin of congenital bronchus, which is a more accurate and noninvasive diagnostic method, which provides meaningful imaging information for treatment and has high clinical diagnosis and guidance value.
