综述小白菊内酯(parthenolide,PL)对氧化应激的影响。PL是天然草本菊花的重要药物活性成分,在体内外实验中表现为抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫调节作用。PL能对细胞内的氧化还原状态进行调节,其作用效果随着剂量的变化、细胞株的不同而变化。在肿瘤细胞内,PL能激活还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸氧化酶(NADPHOxidase),通过氧化应激诱导细胞凋亡;在大多数正常组织细胞内,PL能够升高还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平,表现为抗氧化作用。作为核转录因子κB(nuclear factor-Kappa B,NF-κB)的一种特效抑制剂,PL对氧化还原反应状态的调节作用在临床上可能潜在着巨大的应用价值。
The effects of Parthenolide (PL) on oxidative stress were reviewed. PL is an important drug active ingredient of natural herbal chrysanthemum, which shows anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory effects in vivo and in vitro. PL can regulate the redox state of the cell, and its effect varies with the dose and the cell line. In tumor cells, PL activates reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide oxidase (NADPHOxidase) and induces apoptosis through oxidative stress; in most normal cells, PL increases the content of reduced glutathione Peptide (GSH) levels, the performance of antioxidant. As a specific inhibitor of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB), the regulatory effect of PL on the redox status may be potentially clinically significant.
