目的:研究不同浓缩程度对四神汤煎出液中补骨脂成分的影响。方法:把四神汤煎出液在相同温度、持续时间条件下,减压浓缩到原始体积5%、10%、20%、30%、40%,稀释到原始体积;利用高效液相色谱法,对原始汤液和不同浓缩后产物中补骨脂进行图谱检测。结果:在62℃时,浓缩程度小于90%,补骨脂的成分损失无明显差异,当浓缩程度达到95%时,其成分损失快速增加。结论:当中药汤液浓缩到一定程度时,对其成分有明显影响。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different concentrations on the composition of psoralen in the decoction of Sishen Decoction. Method: The decoction was decocted at the same temperature and duration, and then concentrated under reduced pressure to the original volume of 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, diluted to the original volume; using high performance liquid chromatography. Pharmacopoeia were detected in the original decoction and various concentrated products. RESULTS: At 62 °C, the concentration was less than 90%. There was no significant difference in the composition loss of psoralen. When the concentration reached 95%, the loss of its components increased rapidly. Conclusion: When the Chinese herbal decoction concentrates to a certain extent, its composition has a significant effect.
