The forced contact method was used to screen the Anopheles minimus. The deltamethrin concentration was 0.1mg / m ~ 2, the selection temperature was 26 ℃, and the death rate after 24h exposure was not less than 20%. In the breeding process, the physiological activities of breeding mosquitoes, reproductive characteristics such as dynamic observation. Long-term exposure to low doses of deltamethrin did not affect the body weight, blood-sucking and longevity of the mosquito. However, with the increase of breeding algebra, the fecundity decreased, the hatching rate decreased, and the lethal force increased. The duration of the pre-adult mosquito period was prolonged, and the net proliferative capacity, intrinsic growth capacity, and limited rate of proliferation decreased. These factors can affect the population viability of living mosquitoes in future generations.
