Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of white and gel-assisted conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of extrapulmonary and pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: According to the order of treatment, 87 cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis and empty tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into study group (44 cases) and control group (43 cases) 3DLZVATH / 15DLVTH chemotherapy regimen chemotherapy, the research group on the basis of white and gel treatment, two groups of patients treated 3,12,18 months after the sputum negative conversion rate and the cure rate of the difference. Results: The sputum negative conversion rates of the study group were 47.73%, 75.00% and 84.09% at the 3rd, 12th and 18th month after treatment, respectively, which were higher than that of the control group by 27.91%, 51.16% and 60.47% The difference between the two groups in each month was significant (P <0.05). The study group in the first and eighteen months of treatment of the lesion efficiency, cavity treatment efficiency were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in fever, sputum, cough and hemoptysis between the two groups before treatment. The fever, sputum and cough rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.07%, P <0.05). Conclusion: White and gel-assisted conventional chemotherapy for extrapulmonary tuberculosis and vacuolar pulmonary tuberculosis have a significant effect on improving the rate of negative conversion of tuberculosis, improving the clinical symptoms and improving the therapeutic effect.
