本文推荐一种简便、快速测定血中镉的分析方法。在水和血液的基体中加入改进剂铂,分别使样品灰化温度提高到900℃和600℃而不发生镉的损失。而且可直接用含铂水溶液冲稀样品,直接进样石墨炉(10微升),进行镉的吸收测定。该方法的灵敏度为0.03ppb,相对偏差0.048,检出限为0.10ppb,平均回收率为95%~108%。和文献取得一致的结果。可应用于临床化验和环境监测。
This article recommends a simple and rapid method for the determination of cadmium in blood. In the water and blood matrix to improve agent platinum, respectively, the sample ashing temperature increased to 900 ℃ and 600 ℃ without the loss of cadmium.
