目的了解中国部分地区妇女产褥期生活卫生行为及近20~30年变迁情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样,在中国不同地区(华北、华中、华东、华南、西南、西北、东北)选取14个调查点,771个家庭入选,以产褥期妇女及女性长辈(婆婆和/或母亲)为调查对象,培训过的专业人员进行一对一的问卷调查。结果771个家庭中,每个家庭2~3名调查对象,共收集调查问卷1608份,有效问卷1535份,有效率95.5%。调查对象在产褥期存在不合理生活卫生行为:45.5%的被调查者产褥期未洗过澡,未洗过头的比例为43.5%,不刷牙比例为30
