重庆市铜粱龙米业有限公司是在原重庆市铜梁县粮油购销总公司米业公司基础上新组建的农业产业化经营龙头企业。下设 7个分公司 ,5 1个粮管所 ,在职职工 45 0人 ,公司主要生产经营农产品———粮食、油料的种植、开发及副产品的综合利用。自 1 999年成立以来 ,公司坚定不移地走产业化经营之路 ,走进大市场 ,参与大流通 ,结合企业实际 ,走可持续发展战略 ,积极稳妥地推进粮改 ,取得了明显的成效。到 2 0 0 2年底 ,共收购粮食 5 1 8万t,占全市粮食系统收购粮食的 8 7% ,占铜梁县粮食流通总量的 80 %以上。 2 0 0 2年实现利润 2 2万元 ,扭转了企业亏损的局面 ;2 0 0 3年 1 -6月收购粮油 5 7万t,实观销售收入 1 0 3亿元 ,实现利润 66万元 ,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。而在企业自身建设中 ,铜粱龙米业不断引进、吸收、消化“A管理模式”、“海尔模式”、“一汽模式”、邯钢经验、红蝶经验、美国加州牛肉面等先进的企业管理经验 ,规范了企业管理 ;坚持可持续发展战略 ,不简单地下岗分流 ,努力增大教育投入 (自粮改以来 ,其他所有费用都大幅度降低 ,只有教育经费每年以 3 0个百分点递增 ) ,培育企业人才 ,职工队伍整体素质明显提高 ;关心员工 ,企业不拖欠职工养老保险和失业保险 ,解决了员工后顾之忧。
