目的了解泰安市重要病媒生物密度及其季节消长情况,为制定有效的防控方案提供科学依据。方法蚊密度监测采用诱蚊灯法,蝇密度监测采用笼诱法,蟑螂密度监测采用粘捕法,鼠密度监测采用夹夜法。结果 2014年泰安市蚊平均密度为7.44只/(灯·h),其中淡色库蚊为优势种群,6月份为蚊类活动高峰期。蝇平均密度为14.68只/笼,主要蝇种为麻蝇、家蝇、厩腐蝇,8月份和10月份是蝇类活动高峰期。蟑螂平均密度为0.45只/张,平均侵害率为3.37%,全部为德国小蠊,9-10月份是蟑螂活动高峰期。鼠平均密度为0.76%,其中褐家鼠为优势种群,1月份和6月份是鼠类活动高峰期。结论淡色库蚊、麻蝇、家蝇、廐腐蝇、德国小蠊、褐家鼠是泰安市重点防控对象,应根据其生活习性和季节消长规律,在活动高峰期前采取环境治理为基础的综合防治措施。
Objective To understand the density of important vectors and their seasonal fluctuation in Tai’an and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control programs. Methods mosquito density monitoring using mosquito lamp method, fly density monitoring cage induction method, cockroach density monitoring using stick catching method, rat density monitoring using the method of night. Results The average density of mosquitoes in Tai’an City was 7.44 / (lamp · h) in 2014, of which Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species and June was the peak of mosquito activity. The average density of flies was 14.68 per cage. The main flies were flies, house flies and stable flies. August and October were the peak flies. The average density of cockroaches was 0.45 per sheet, with an average invasion rate of 3.37%, all of which were German cockroaches. The cockroach activity peaked from September to October. The average density of rats was 0.76%. Among them, Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species, and the highest activity of rodents in January and June. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, Musca domestica, Carassius auratus, German cockroach and Rattus norvegicus are the key prevention and control targets in Taian city. They should be based on their habits and seasonal patterns of decline and consumption and environmental management before the peak of activity Comprehensive prevention and control measures.
