黑龙江地区是东北产业工人队伍形成最早、接受俄国布尔什维克影响最早的省份,党团组织的建立也比较早。继陈为人、李震瀛之后,吴丽石受党中央委派,于1924年来哈尔滨开展党的工作。他是东北地区党组织的最早创始人之一,也是黑龙江地区党团组织的开拓者。 Heilongjiang is the earliest formation of northeast industrial workers and the earliest province to accept the Bolsheviks in Russia. The establishment of the caucuses and organizations was also earlier.
