应用固体核磁共振的方法对木材细胞壁中的化学成分进行分析,得到固体木材CP/MAS13C谱图.该谱图同液体核磁共振谱进行比较,发现固体CP/MAS13C谱图中的峰不是很尖,以纤维素、半纤维素成分所产生的信号占主导地位,峰值主要在65×10-6~110×10-6之间.木素峰值分布在60×10-6处,并且通过CP/MAS13C谱图实现定性、定量测量木素含量,同时探讨了固体CP/MAS13C谱测纤维素结晶度的新方法.
The chemical composition of the wood cell wall was analyzed using solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance to obtain a solid wood CP / MAS13C spectrum. Compared with the liquid nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, the spectrum shows that the peak in the solid CP / MAS13C spectrum is not very sharp, and the signal generated by the cellulose and hemicellulose components is dominated. The peak value mainly lies in the range of 65 × 10 -6 ~ 110 × 10-6 between. The peak value of lignin was distributed at 60 × 10-6, and qualitative and quantitative determination of lignin content was carried out by CP / MAS13C spectrum. Meanwhile, a new method of measuring the crystallinity of cellulose by solid CP / MAS13C was also discussed.
