本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对贵阳市高校公体课篮球教师的师资现状进行研究。本研究发现:贵阳市高校篮球选修课任课教师出现年轻化趋势,教师职称比例偏低,教师队伍中大多以女教师为主。教师科研能力较弱,科研成果少,发布论文数不均,教师进修机会少,教学方法多以传统教学方法为主。针对此,本研究提出了相关政策和建议。
In this paper, literature, data, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and so on, this paper studies the status quo of basketball teachers in colleges and universities in Guiyang City. The study found that: Guiyang City college basketball elective courses teachers tend to younger trend, the proportion of teachers is low, most of the teachers in the female teachers. Teachers are weak in scientific research, less in scientific research, uneven number of published papers, few opportunities for teachers to learn, teaching methods are mostly traditional teaching methods. In response to this, this study put forward the relevant policies and suggestions.
