TZH250M 转子冲片如图(一)。外圆尺寸φ298.6_(-0.1)~0共48槽,均匀分布,槽形三种尺寸,A、B、C,中间φ80轴孔和4个20×60腰子形通风槽孔(此工艺从略,为另一副模具先冲出),材料为1.0毫米厚,BJ2F 钢板。此冲片由于槽形多(48槽),形状较复杂(三种槽形),又是不等搭边,如果采用全复式冲模冲形,这是最理想的。但由于我厂对于制造全复式冲模的经验不足,特别是在二次工装的电极组装上要求精度很高,这样才能保证模具制造的精度,这在我厂很难保证。更为困难的是,这种模具经计算,需总冲裁力约为230吨。而我厂现有冲床设备的最大吨位仅为100吨,因此,就不能采用全复式冲模。
