一、氮化用阻渗剂的选擇 在需要氮化的零件中,对于一些螺紋、尖角、鍵槽及氮化后还需要在装配时再加工的地方、或在設計上規定不准氮化的部位,都需要用阻渗剂来防止氮化。根据現有資料介紹,阻渗剂可分为两大类:(1)鍍金属层:有鍍錫、鍍鎳、鍍鋅及鍍双金属层(銅-鋅、鉛-鋅、銅-鉛、鎳-鉛)等;(2)特种混合涂料:大致有鉛粉、铬粉、錫粉、氯化鋅、氧化鋅及其他一些有机油类所組成的复杂涂料。但是,这些阻渗剂都不是十全十美的,不是价格昂貴、需要一套电鍍設备,就是操作不便,阻渗不可靠。
