目的:由于多叶棘豆的种子为短寿型,本文通过组织培养来确定多叶棘豆快速繁殖的人工繁殖方法。方法:将种子接种于诱导培养基上,待其长成小苗后用不定芽作为外植体,在MS培养基上添加不同种类及不同浓度的激素,对多叶棘豆进行丛生芽诱导及根的培养。结果:丛生芽诱导的适宜培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA;生根壮苗的适宜培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L。结论:采用组织培养方式可进行多叶棘豆的快速繁殖。
OBJECTIVE: As the seeds of Aesculus ochrocephala are short-lived type, the method of artificial propagation for the rapid multiplication of Achnatherum sp.
