邻苯二甲酸二烷基酯和磷酸三苯酯是常见的塑料助剂。将它们用作改善高分子材料的性能,效果显著,可以在塑料中单独使用,也可以混合使用。在塑料的加工和使用过程中,这些助剂会损失而改变它们的含量。因此,不论是对未知含量样品的分析,还是对生产产品的检测,都需要有一个合适的测定方法。紫外分光光度法是经常采用的微量定量分析方法之一,可以快速、准确、方便地对塑料中的各种助剂作定量测定,并且不需要特殊的试剂。可是,由于邻苯二甲酸二烷基酯和磷酸三苯酯的紫外吸收峰互相重叠,严重干扰,致使常用的分光光度法不能从混合物中分别将它们定量。为此,提出用双波长紫外分光光度测量技术,在合理选择波长的基础上,对两者的混合物进行了同时定量,取得了好的结果。
Dialkyl phthalates and triphenyl phosphate are common plastic additives. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is one of the most commonly used methods for the quantitative analysis of small quantities, which enables rapid, accurate and convenient quantitative determination of various auxiliaries in plastics without the need for special reagents. However, since the UV absorption peaks of dialkyl phthalates and triphenyl phosphates overlap and seriously interfere with each other, conventional spectrophotometry can not quantify them separately from the mixture. To this end, the proposed dual wavelength UV spectrophotometry technology, based on the reasonable choice of wavelength, the mixture of the two were simultaneously quantified and achieved good results.
