近几年来,在国际市场上,出现了多种代替青铜的耐磨合金材料,其基本趋向是用锌、铝为基体加入稀土或其他复合元素而成。我国在研究替代青铜的耐磨材料工作中,已取得了可喜的成绩,其中,由同济大学和芜湖繁昌新型合金厂共同研制开发成功的铸造锌基耐磨合金,以其突出的优点及很高的经济效益而占领了国内市场,迅速被各行业应用于耐磨零件。
