作者过去用重组干扰素α(rIFN-α)治疗 Ph 染色体阳性的慢性粒细胞白血病(CGL),不仅能够诱导其血液学的缓解,而且还能使细胞遗传学得到改善。在体外试验,干扰素γ与干扰素α相似,能抑制粒系集落的形成,同时能够诱导白血病细胞的分化。当合并使用干扰素γ和干扰素α时,其生长抑制的效应加强。本文报道使用重组干扰素γ(rIFN-γ)治疗 Ph染色体阳性的 CGL 良性期病人的结果。方法γIFN-γ的用量开始为0.25mg/M~2/d,肌注,共7天。假如这种剂量能够耐受,Karnofsky 功能状态减少≤20%,此后药量可增加到0.5mg/M~2/d。
In the past, the authors treated Ph chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CGL) with recombinant interferon alpha (rIFN-α), which not only induced hematological relief but also improved cytogenetics. In vitro experiments, interferon gamma and interferon alpha similar, can inhibit the formation of granulocyte colony, but also can induce the differentiation of leukemia cells. When combined with interferon gamma and interferon alpha, the effect of growth inhibition is enhanced. Here we report the results of using rIFN-γ to treat Ph chromosome positive CGL benign patients. Method The amount of γIFN-γ began to 0.25mg / M ~ 2 / d, intramuscular injection, a total of 7 days. If this dose is tolerated, Karnofsky’s functional status will be reduced by less than 20%, and thereafter the dose will be increased to 0.5mg / M ~ 2 / d.
