一、电子延时开关电路原理分析由附图可知该电路由桥式整流电路,BG1、BG2等阻容元件组成的电子延时开关电路和白炽灯泡(X)等部件构成。1.静态分析在静态时 ZF 触发开关弹起,D 点的电压不能通过 R6、ZF和 R7加到 BG2的基极,BG2因基极得不到偏压而截止,BG1因 BG2的截止而不能导通,相当于开关被断开,所以白炽灯泡(X)不能被点亮。此时 A、B 两点间的电压等于市电电压。由于 A、B 两点间的电压较高,故有微小电流通过
