目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和p21ras在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用SP法检测96例乳腺癌组织中OPN和p21ras的表达情况,分析其表达与5年生存率的关系。结果:在96例乳腺癌组织中,OPN阳性表达率为54.2%,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级癌组织中的阳性率分别为38.1%、52.4%和74.1%,在有、无淋巴结转移组阳性率分别为70.7%和41.8%,在生存期≥5年和<5年的表达率分别为39.1%和84.4%;p21ras阳性表达率为43.8%,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中癌组织中阳性率分别是33.3%、45.2%和51.9%,在有、无淋巴结转移组阳性率分别为51.2%和38.2%,在生存期≥5年和<5年的表达率分别为32.8%和65.6%。OPN和p21ras在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈显著的正相关,r=0.52,P=0.00。OPN的表达与5年生存率呈明显负相关,r=-0.34,P=0.001。p21ras的表达与5年生存率呈明显负相关,r=-0.319,P=0.002。结论:OPN与p21ras的表达与乳腺癌的生物学行为有关,两者存在一定的协同性,联合检测可能更有助于判断乳腺癌患者的预后。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of osteopontin (OPN) and p21ras in breast cancer. Methods: The expression of OPN and p21ras in 96 cases of breast cancer tissues was detected by SP method. The relationship between the expression of OPN and p21ras and the 5-year survival rate was analyzed. Results: The positive rate of OPN in the 96 cases of breast cancer tissues was 54.2%. The positive rates of OPN in stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 38.1%, 52.4% and 74.1%, respectively. The positive rate of OPN in those with or without lymph node metastasis The rates of positive expression of p21ras were 43.7%, 70.7% and 41.8% respectively, the positive rates of p21ras expression were 39.1% and 84.4% respectively in the patients with survival ≥ 5 years and <5 years, and were positive in grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ The rates were 33.3%, 45.2% and 51.9%, respectively. The positive rates were 51.2% and 38.2% in patients with and without lymph node metastasis, respectively. The positive rates were 32.8% and 65.6% in those with survival ≥ 5 years and <5 years respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of OPN and p21ras in breast cancer tissues, r = 0.52, P = 0.00. The expression of OPN was significantly negatively correlated with 5-year survival rate, r = -0.34, P = 0.001. The expression of p21ras was negatively correlated with 5-year survival rate, r = -0.319, P = 0.002. CONCLUSION: The expression of OPN and p21ras is related to the biological behavior of breast cancer. There is some synergy between the two. The combined detection may be more helpful in judging the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
