通过控水盆栽试验,对生长旺盛期不同基因型烟草秦烟96、秦烟97、CT862、NC89和红花大金元在干旱胁迫下部分生理学指标SOD、CAT、POD、MDA、Pro进行综合比较分析,初步了解其在干旱胁迫下的变化规律。试验结果表明,不同水分条件下这些生理学指标间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。不同基因型烤烟间这些生理学指标除POD和Pro差异性显著外,其他指标间差异性不显著。根据试验数据显示结果表明,不同基因型烤烟品种对干旱胁迫的敏感程度不同,其中红花大金元最为敏感,其次是NC89,CT862,对干旱胁迫最迟钝的是秦烟96和秦烟97,而秦烟97对干旱的适应性稍强于秦烟96。
