注浆加固能够有效改善巷道围岩的破碎状态,针对火铺矿213石门在采用水灰比2∶1的浆液注浆效果不理想的情况,分析了巷道围岩注浆加固效果的影响因素,并通过水灰比配比实验,最终确定了采用水灰比为0.8的浆液注浆是合理的,并对注浆后巷道的顶板下沉量及两帮移近量进行了监测,监测结果表明,当采用水灰比为0.8的浆液,注浆孔深为4 m的注浆方案时,注浆加固效果比较理想,极大的改善了213石门巷道破碎围岩状态.
