劲性混凝土柱是以型钢柱作为钢骨,周围配置钢筋并浇筑混凝土的结构体。劲性混凝土柱充分发挥了钢与混凝土两种材料的特点,具有截面小、承载力强、整体刚度好,能显著改善结构的抗震性能等优点。但结构中钢柱的加入使得常规绑扎钢筋、支模等施工工艺增加了难度。通过对上海漕河泾开发区兴园技术中心工程柱内型钢设计、加工、型钢安装、钢筋绑扎、模板安装及混凝土浇筑等方面制订有效的技术措施,解决了施工难题,施工质量得到了保证。

Through effective technical measures in the design, processing, steel installation, steel banding, steel banding, template installation and concrete pouring of Xingyuan Technical Center of Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, the construction problems were solved and the construction quality was guaranteed.
