贵刊1992年第2期刊登读者来信指出:“擂(lèi)鼓”不应读成“擂(léi)鼓”。这一说法不正确。1985年12月,国家语言文字工作委员会、国家教育委员会、广播电视部颁布《普通话异读词审音表》(1985年12月修订),对普通话中有异读的字的读音作了审订,并联合发出通知,要求自《审音表》公布之日起,“文教、出版、广播等部门及全国其他部门、行业所涉及的普通话异读词的读音、标音,均以本表为准”。关于“擂”字,审音表中注明:除“~台”、“打~”读
In your letter of the second edition, published in 1992, your letter reads: “Drums” should not be read as “Drums.” This statement is not correct. In December 1985, the State Language Commission, the State Board of Education and the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television promulgated the “Phonetic Table of Phonetic Variant Pronunciations” (revised in December 1985), which reviewed and pronounced the pronunciations of different languages in Putonghua. Issued a circular calling for the reading and phonetic transcriptions of mandarin readings involved in industries such as culture, education, publishing and broadcasting as well as other departments and industries in the country to take effect from the date of promulgation of the “sound table”.
