目的采用高效液相色谱法,研究并建立测定紫英抗炎合剂中咖啡酸的方法。方法高效液相色谱法。Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(15∶85);检测波长323 nm;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温40℃;进样量10μL。结果咖啡酸在6.40~64.04μg具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.85%。结论本法准确、快速、简便、可行、重现性好、专一性强,可用于紫英抗炎合剂中咖啡酸的测定。
OBJECTIVE To study and establish a method for the determination of caffeic acid in Ziying Kangyan Mixture by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods High performance liquid chromatography. Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-phosphate buffer (15:85); detection wavelength at 323 nm; volume flow rate of 1.0 mL / Sample size 10μL. Results caffeic acid in 6.40 ~ 64.04μg has a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 99.85%. Conclusion This method is accurate, rapid, simple, feasible, reproducible, specific and can be used for the determination of caffeic acid in Ziying anti-inflammatory mixture.
