In the face of costly and drastic rises, most of which are the grave impact of unpaid health care needs, the trauma center set up to rescue the wounded several years ago was seriously threatened today and is trying to prevent collapse. Rescue efforts are mainly taken to raise national tax revenues and user fees. Last year, it provided $125 million in aid to the on-the-shoulder bankruptcy rescue system and called for a unified system of standards for joint operations. Some cities have advocated a center serving 250,000 residents, which has now greatly exceeded this number. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the standards and re-determine the geographical scope of the treatment.
