目的建立HPLC测定注射用亚锡替曲膦(TF药盒)中替曲膦含量的方法。方法采用Waters Symmetry C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm)的色谱柱,以甲醇-水(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为215 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果替曲膦在50~500μg·mL-1内成线性关系,y=1.299×104+2.495×104x(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.09%,RSD为0.63%。结论本方法操作简便、准确,可用于TF药盒中替曲膦含量的快速定量分析。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tetrofosmin in stannous tetroxide (TF kit) for injection. Methods The mobile phase was a Waters Symmetry C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-water (85:15) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. Results The content of tetrofosmin was linear in the range of 50 ~ 500μg · mL-1, with the average recovery of 98.09% and the RSD of 0.63% (y = 1.299 × 104 + 2.495 × 104x, r = 0.999 8). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the rapid quantitative analysis of tetrofosmin in TF kit.
