飞机播种豆科牧草种子是将种子直接播在干热的土壤上,须等雨后才能发芽。在这种不利环境下,如用常规拌种,则附在种子上的根瘤菌迅速死亡,达不到接菌的目的。所以,必须采用丸衣接种根瘤菌的方法。也就是在种子外面包裹一层丸衣,把根瘤菌接种在丸衣里,这样可以延长根瘤菌存活时间,减少根瘤菌死亡,有利于幼苗及早形成有效根瘤并固氮。本文通过抗干热测定及盆栽和田间试验,证明种子丸衣接菌法获得明显的增产效果。
