北京地铁更新改造项目是国内首次大规模系统性的地铁改造工程项目实践,总投资85亿元。投资控制管理在这样新型的大规模工程项目中起着至关重要的作用,是项目成功顺利实施的重要保障。结合地铁改造项目的特点,通过对改造项目实施过程的全面回顾和调研,总结归纳不同项目参与方在投资管理中面临的问题和采取的解决措施,从确定投资规模、招标管理、计划管理、变更管理四个维度对地铁改造项目投资控制管理实践进行了全面的介绍,提出了对地铁改造项目进行高效率投资管理的方法。
Beijing Metro renovation project is the first large-scale systematic transformation of the subway project practice with a total investment of 8.5 billion yuan. Investment control management plays a crucial role in such a new large-scale construction project and is an important guarantee for the successful implementation of the project. Combined with the characteristics of the subway reconstruction project, through the comprehensive review and investigation of the implementation process of the reconstruction project, the problems and solutions adopted by different project participants in the investment management are summarized.
