我院于１９９１年５月－２０００年６月，对尿ＨＣＧ阳性的宫外孕６４例采用氨甲碟吟化疗，并对盆腔包块直径在４．０ｃｍ以上者辅以内服中药治疗。结果：治愈５６例，失败４例，中止治疗２例，２例要求保留生育功能者１例妊娠，１例输卵管通水试验通畅。此方法对保守治疗宫外
