解毒扶阳方对2型糖尿病大鼠炎症因子的影响

目的:探讨解毒扶阳方对2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠炎症因子的调节作用。方法:取雄性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组,高脂高糖模型(模型)组,模型+二甲双胍(降糖)组,模型+解毒扶阳(试药)高、中、低剂量组,共6组,除正常对照组外,其他各组按60 mg·kg-1剂量尾静脉一次性快速注射链脲佐菌素制备动物模型,并于模型制作当日各给药组大鼠分别ig给予药物治疗,每日1次,连续12周。每10 d称量各组动物体重1次;给药最后1 d取血测定空腹血糖;取血清采用酶联免疫吸附分析方法测定血清瘦素(LEP)、胰岛素(INS)、白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-6、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:实验结果显示,解毒扶阳方与模型组比较,低剂量组有显著差异。血清LEP与模型组比较,试药3个剂量组均显示有非常显著的差异。ISI与模型对照组比较,3个剂量组均有非常显著性的差异。与模型组比较,中剂量组IL-1具有显著差异,高剂量组具有非常显著性差异。解毒扶阳方对TNF-α含量有降低作用,与模型组比较,高、中、低3个剂量组均有非常显著差异。结果表明,对CRP也有调节作用,与模型组比较,高、中、低3个剂量组均具有非常显著的差异。结论:解毒扶阳方对T2DM所致血糖、LEP、INS、IL-1、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α含量升高,均有一定调节作用,使之降到正常或接近正常水平。提示解毒扶阳方对T2DM所致炎症因子含量升高以及糖代谢紊乱,有调节作用。 Objective: To investigate the regulatory effect of Jiedu Fuyang Recipe on inflammatory factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated. Results: The experimental results show that detoxification Fuyang Fang compared with the model group, low-dose group were significantly different. Serum LEP compared with the model group, three doses of the test group showed a very significant difference. ISI compared with the model control group, the three dose groups have very significant differences. Compared with model group, IL-1 in middle-dose group had significant difference, and high-dose group had very significant difference. Detoxification Fuyang Decoction has a reduced effect on TNF-α content, compared with the model group, high, middle and low dose groups have very significant differences. The results showed that there is also a regulatory role of CRP, compared with the model group, high, middle and low dose groups have very significant differences. Conclusion: Jiedu Fuyang Decoction can regulate T2DM-induced blood glucose, LEP, INS, IL-1, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α levels to normal levels or near normal levels. Tip detoxification Fuyang on T2DM-induced inflammatory cytokines and glucose metabolism disorder, a regulatory role.
