关于洋金花治疗精神病及洋金花类药物中毒,文献已有许多报道。但所致死亡病例尚未见报道。我院曾发生三例死亡,特报告并总结教训。例1:男患,38岁,病案号3699,诊断:精神分裂症。于1973年4月2日入院。既往未患过其它躯体疾病。体检:发育正常,营养佳,除精神症状外,无异常发现。治疗经过:自入院后,常规口服氯丙嗪日量300mg,每晚给予洋金花2.5mg,并用氯丙嗪100mg,肌肉注射,三日后洋金花增至5mg,治疗一周后,精神症状无明显改善,于第十次治疗时,洋金花剂量增至6mg,用药后患者迅速进入深睡状态,鼾声大作,两小时后出现颜面潮红,双瞳散大,意识模糊,躁动 There have been many reports on the treatment of Mentha haplocalyx and pacific drug poisoning.
