1.建立了稻米中杀虫双残留量气相色谱测定方法。稻米样品经0.1N HCl提取后,转化成沙蚕毒素,以氯仿提取,浓缩后,以乙醇定容至1毫升,加甲醇至2毫升,以FPD-GC测定。2.色谱条件为1.5%OV-17/Chro-mosorbw色谱柱,载气N_2 70ml/分,H_2 150ml/分,空气50ml/分。沙蚕毒素保留时间1′8″。3.本法操作简便,易于掌握。稻米中杀虫双回收试验,O.8ppm五次回收率平均值79.3%,变异系数13.9%;1ppm九次回收率平均值83.6%,变异系数10.9%。
