“校本”是20世纪末我国教育舞台出现的一个新名词,“科研兴校”、“教师成为研究者”等已成为教育界很抢眼的口号。校本教研作为促进教师专业化成长的重要途径,在基础教育课程改革深入实施的今天再次被聚焦。目前小学英语校本教研总体上处于一种被动的、低效的状态,显然这种局面不利于小学英语课程的有效实施,不能适应“减负增效”的新形势要求,也不利于小学英语教师的专业成长。笔
