研究了生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯及各种单一脂肪酸甲酯含量的气相色谱分析方法,以十七酸甲酯同时作为内标物质和定量物质计算,不需要各甲酯标准对照品,采用AT.AFFP毛细管色谱柱,程序升温180~240℃。结果表明此方法简便准确,十七酸甲酯浓度在10.202~81.616mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9998。精密度试验中相时标准偏差RSD=0.28%(n=5)。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of fatty acid methyl esters and various single fatty acid methyl esters in biodiesel was studied. Using methyl heptanoate as internal standard substance and quantitative substance, the standard reference substance of methyl ester was not required and AT was used. AFFP capillary column, the program temperature 180 ~ 240 ℃. The results showed that the method was simple and accurate, and the linearity of methyl heptanoate ranged from 10.202 to 81.616 mg / mL. The correlation coefficient R was 0.9998. In the precision test, the phase-to-time standard deviation RSD was 0.28% (n = 5).
