根据流体动压润滑理论,分析了平面砂轮磨削时磨削液的流体动压效应,并考虑砂轮渗透度的影响,推得了有限定线接触条件下磨削液三维流动的Reynolds方程。用数值分析方法,得出了砂轮磨削区内磨削液动压力的分布曲线和液膜举起力。然后进一步分析讨论了砂轮渗透度、砂轮与工件间的相对速度及相对间隙对液膜举起力的影响。数值计算结果与实测数据基本吻合。
According to hydrodynamic lubrication theory, the hydrodynamic pressure effect of grinding fluid on plane grinding wheel is analyzed. Reynolds equation of three dimensional flow of grinding fluid under limited contact condition is deduced considering the influence of wheel penetration. Using numerical analysis method, the distribution curve of grinding hydraulic pressure and lifting force of liquid film in grinding area of grinding wheel are obtained. Then further analysis of the penetration of the wheel, the relative speed between the wheel and the workpiece and the relative gap on the lifting force of the liquid film. The numerical results are in good agreement with the measured data.
