目的:通过施用不同的配比肥料,观察其对半夏块茎生物碱含量的影响,进而为半夏的合理施肥提供理论依据。方法:采用三元二次正交旋转回归设计方法进行田间试验设计。结果:氮、磷、钾的施肥量与生物碱含量呈负相关关系。随着施氮、磷、钾的增加,半夏的生物碱含量均降低,影响大小顺序为氮>钾>磷,低钾水平有利于生物碱的形成,在低钾水平下,氮能促进半夏生物碱的形成,磷肥施用量的高低对半夏生物碱的形成影响不大。结论:高水平施肥对半夏生物碱的形成有不利影响,确定半夏施肥方案时,不能仅考虑产量水平,应在保证半夏块茎中生物碱含量符合中国药典规定指标的前提下加以确定。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of different fertilizers on alkaloid content in tuber of Pinellia ternata, and to provide a theoretical basis for the rational fertilization of Pinellia ternata. Methods: The ternary quadratic orthogonal rotation regression method was used to design field experiments. Results: The amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer and alkaloid content was negatively correlated. With the increase of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the alkaloid content of Pinellia ternata reduced, the order of effect was nitrogen> potassium> phosphorus, and the low potassium level was conducive to the formation of alkaloids. Under the low potassium level, The formation of summer alkaloids, the level of phosphate fertilizer on the formation of alkaloids have little effect on Pinellia. Conclusion: High-level fertilization has an adverse effect on the formation of alkaloids in Pinellia ternata. When determining the fertilization program of Pinellia ternata, the level of alkaloids should not be considered only in the premise of ensuring that the alkaloid content in tubers of Pinellia tubers meets the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
