对于油罐、煤气罐和液化石油储罐这类大型钢制储罐基础的允许变形(包括沉降和倾斜),在我国的地基规范中,至今没有作出明确规定。作者对这类大型储罐基础变形做了大量调查研究,初步提出了适用于我国的大型储罐基础允许变形值。相对倾斜度 K 和沉降量 S 有如下关系式:1.固定顶盖储罐直径小于等于20m 时,K≤1×10~(-4)S(cm);直径大干20m 时,K≤4×10~(-5)S(cm)。2.活动顶盖储罐直径小于等于20m 时,K≤0.75×10~(-4)S(cm);直径大于20m 时,K≤0.33×10~(-4)S(cm)。3.储气罐直径小于等于20m时,K≤0.5×10~(-4)S(cm);直径大干20m 时,K≤0.25×10~(-4)S(cm)。
For the allowable deformation (including settlement and inclination) of large steel storage tanks such as oil tanks, gas tanks and liquefied petroleum storage tanks, no stipulation has been made so far in China’s foundation code. The author made a great deal of investigation on the deformation of such large-scale storage tanks, and initially proposed the allowable deformation values of the large-scale storage tank foundation applicable to our country. The relative inclination K and the settlement S have the following relation: 1. When the fixed cap storage tank diameter is less than or equal to 20m, K≤1x10 ~ (-4) S (cm); when the diameter is bigger than 20m, K≤4 × 10 ~ (-5) S (cm). 2. K≤0.75 × 10 ~ (-4) S (cm) when the movable roof storage tank diameter is less than or equal to 20m; K≤0.33 × 10 ~ (-4) S (cm) when the diameter of movable roof storage tank is larger than 20m. 3. K≤0.5 × 10 ~ (-4) S (cm) when the diameter of the gas tank is less than or equal to 20m; K≤0.25 × 10 ~ (-4) S (cm) when the diameter of the gas tank is 20m.
