以前我曾教过群众业校高级班的国语,那里都是文化水平较高,年岁也较大的学员,在教学过程中,我自以为获得了一些经验。最近我改教小学六年级国语,学生都是十岁多的儿童,和群众业校的情形,大不相同,但我没有调查研究,没有明瞭对象,如:学生究竟需要些什么?用怎样的方式方法才能使学生容易接受?这些都不管,便根据原有经验,热情勃勃的把大教条、大理论搬上来,用教成人的方式来教
In the past, I had taught the Mandarin language of senior classes in mass industry schools. There were students with higher education levels and older ages. In the teaching process, I thought I had gained some experience. Recently, I have changed my teaching to the sixth grade primary school. The students are all children over ten years old. The situation is very different from that of the people’s vocational schools. However, I do not have investigations and studies and do not know the objects. What do students need and what do they use? Ways and means to make students easy to accept? No matter if they are based on the original experience, they will enthusiastically raise the dogmas and theories, and teach them in an adult way.
