我厂生产的汽轮机轴承合金材料是钖基轴承合金或称锡基巴氏合金,材料牌号为chSnSb11~6。汽轮机正常运行时油膜的平均比压为≤20kg/cm~2,最高平均比压为90kg/cm~2。正常工作时油温为60~70℃,设计规定的轴承合金的最高工作油温不得超过90℃。超过90℃时机组将报警。据某些电厂反映,当轴承油温高达105℃而继续运行时,锡基巴氏合金等部件未发现异常现象。因此,电厂对锡基巴氏合金设计规定的工作温度提出了异议。
The steam turbine bearing alloy material produced by our factory is 钖-based bearing alloy or tin-base Babbitt alloy with material grade of chSnSb11 ~ 6. The average specific pressure of oil film during normal turbine operation is ≤20kg / cm ~ 2 and the highest average pressure is 90kg / cm ~ 2. Normal working hours oil temperature is 60 ~ 70 ℃, the design of the bearing alloy maximum working oil temperature shall not exceed 90 ℃. The unit will alarm if it exceeds 90 ℃. According to some power plants, when the bearing oil temperature up to 105 ℃ and continue to run, tin base Babbitt and other components found no abnormalities. Therefore, the power plant objected to the operating temperature stipulated by the design of the Snibbard’s alloy.
