以皖豆13号和HN─11两个大豆品种（系）为材料，进行浸泡次数试验。结果表明：大豆种子经于燥—浸泡反复处理3次后发芽率、活力及浸出液电导率的变化较小，从第4次开始，发芽率及活力迅速降低，电导率迅速增高，种子开始劣变。
The soaking bean number was tested with two soybean varieties (lines) of Wan bean 13 and HN-11. The results showed that the germination rate, vigor and the conductivity of the leachate changed little after soybean seeds were treated by repeated soaking and soaking. The germination rate and vigor decreased rapidly and the conductivity increased rapidly and the seed began to deteriorate .
