课外实践作业“被参与”现象的解析与改进策略

高度开放性的课外实践作业是主题实践活动的延续和补充,是巩固主题实践活动目标的手段,是培养学生创新能力和实践能力的重要渠道。但现实却存在学生“被参与”现象:家长代劳,包干到底;力不能及,无从下手;敷衍了事,只为交差等现象。针对这些,笔者根据教学实践提出了三条教学改进策略:变脸作业,循序渐进,提高学生参与效果;作业布置应时、应景,激发学生参与欲望;抓住盲点,有效指导,解决学生参与难度。 Highly open extracurricular practical exercises are the continuation and supplement of the theme practical activities, and are the means to consolidate the goal of the theme practical activities, which is an important channel for cultivating students’ innovative ability and practical ability. However, the reality is that students are “involved” phenomenon: parents do the work and do everything in their power; they can not and can not start their own work; In view of these, the author puts forward three teaching improvement strategies according to teaching practice: face-to-face operation, step by step, to improve student participation effect; homework layout should be timely, should be King, stimulate students’ desire to participate; seize the blind spot, effective guidance to solve the difficulty of student participation.

椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)系指椎-基底动脉缺血所致的可逆性大脑功能障碍.眩晕相当多见,甚至可是VBI的唯一表现,其病因很多,以颈椎增生改变最多,脑动脉硬化次之,此外,还有糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂等,最终均造成脑干、小脑、枕叶缺血缺氧改变而出现症状.笔者采用盐酸叮咯地尔(商品名:赛莱乐)静滴治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足70例,疗效较好,报告如下。
