“要有效管理上司”这是美国管理学家杜拉克的名言。秘书能“有效管理上司”是因为秘书是领导的直接助手,信息面广,好多行政事务要由秘书承办,这个特殊岗位最有条件也很有必要去“有效管理上司”。“有效管理上司”中的“管理”,不是发号施令,不是指手划脚,更不是滥用权力。这种“管理”由于身份、职权的限制,只能是影响、指导、启发、提醒,潜移默化地“管理上司”。秘书能“管理上司”的原因大致有五点:其
