针对遭遇地震时水库震损险情无法及时判别且不能满足抢险加固在时间上的要求等问题,在分析震损水库特点的基础上,采用层次分析法建立了一套全面、直观的震损水库险情分析综合评价指标体系,并将该评价指标体系应用于四川省白水湖水库震损险情的评价中。结果表明,该评价指标体系计算出的评价值所对应的险情级别与实际工程鉴定结论完全相符;同时明确了该水库的主要安全影响因素,为今后震损水库抢险、除险加固工程提供了依据。
Aiming at the problems that the earthquake damage can not be discriminated in time and can not meet the requirements of the rescue and reinforcement in time, this paper established a set of comprehensive and intuitionistic earthquake damage reservoirs on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the earthquake damage reservoirs. The comprehensive evaluation index system is analyzed, and the evaluation index system is applied to evaluate the earthquake damage hazard of Baishuihu Reservoir in Sichuan Province. The results show that the critical level corresponding to the evaluation value calculated by the evaluation index system is in good agreement with the conclusion of the actual engineering appraisal. At the same time, the main safety factors of the reservoir are clarified, which provides a basis for future emergency rescue and reinforcement project of the earthquake damage reservoir .
