长庆靖南天然气井延长组、刘家沟组承压能力低,常规泥浆钻井时易发生恶性井漏甚至出现泥浆失返,钻井施工难度大。近年来,应用充气钻井技术解决了靖南地区恶性漏失问题,钻井时存在“上漏下喷”难题,特别是充气钻井时,“上漏下喷”情况更明显。本文通过建立ECD线和平衡压力系数线交点图解法进行“上漏下喷”地层漏喷分析、参数优化等研究,提出了合理的参数优化建议,形成了一套“上漏下喷”地层漏喷分析和参数优化设计新思路,为解决钻井过程中“窄安全密度窗口”问题提供方法借鉴。

In this paper, through the establishment of the intersection of ECD line and the balanced pressure coefficient line graphic method of “leakage on the next spray” stratum leakage analysis, parameter optimization and other research, put forward a reasonable parameter optimization proposal, formed a set of “ ”Stratum leakage analysis and parameter optimization design new ideas, to provide a method for solving “ narrow security density window ”during drilling.
