本文用电极电位测量、矿浆电位测量、DRFTIR光谱和微量浮选方法研究了黄铁矿和毒砂氧化态对含金硫化矿石浮选的影响。还用实验室型浮选机研究了金和硫化矿物的回收率与矿浆电位和药剂用量的关系。研究结果表明 ,硫化矿物表面上氧化产物的存在需要较高的捕收剂用量 ,以保证硫化矿物获得较高回收率。黄铁矿和毒砂电化学行为研究结果表明 ,氮气氛可降低矿浆电位 ,抑制氧化产物的形成 ,提高单体金和硫化矿物的回收率。虽然硫酸铜可活化被氧化过的硫化矿物表面 ,但它不能改善单体金的浮收回收
In this paper, the influence of the oxidation state of pyrite and arsenopyrite on the flotation of gold-bearing sulfide ores has been studied by means of electrode potential measurement, pulp potential measurement, DRFTIR spectroscopy and trace flotation. A laboratory flotation machine was also used to study the relationship between recovery of gold and sulphide minerals and pulp potential and dosage. The results show that the presence of oxidized products on the surface of sulphide minerals requires a higher amount of collector to ensure a higher recovery of sulphide minerals. The results of electrochemical behavior of pyrite and arsenopyrite show that the nitrogen atmosphere can reduce the pulp potential, inhibit the formation of oxidation products and increase the recovery rate of monomeric gold and sulphide minerals. Although copper sulfate activates the surface of oxidized sulphide minerals, it does not improve the recovery of monomer gold
