超前水平旋喷桩能有效加固软岩隧道的待开挖土体,减少溜塌,为安全开挖提供保障。合理的旋喷施工参数是保证工程质量的前提。本文针对提升速度、浆液喷射压力、水灰比等影响因素对旋喷桩成桩直径和桩体强度的影响,设计、实施了L9(34)正交试验。通过开挖测量、取样测强等方式进行试验数据统计,并采用EXCEL和SPSS统计软件对结果进行分析。分析结果表明:工程所处的粉细砂地层中,旋喷桩施工参数的最优组合为,提拔速度:9.0 cm/5 s,旋喷压力:40 MPa,水灰比:1.2∶1;喷射压力对桩径和状体强度均产生显著性影响;采用专业分析软件进行正交试验结果分析具有快速、准确的优点,值得在今后类似的工程中推广。
The advanced horizontal jet grouting pile can effectively reinforce the underground excavation of soft rock tunnel, reduce the slips and provide safeguards for safe excavation. Reasonable jet spray construction parameters is to ensure the quality of the premise. In this paper, L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was designed and implemented in view of the influence of velocity, slurry injection pressure, water-cement ratio and other factors on pile diameter and pile strength of jet grouting pile. Through the excavation measurement, sampling and other means of test data statistics, and the use of EXCEL and SPSS statistical software to analyze the results. The results show that the optimum combination of construction parameters of rotary pile is 9.0 cm / 5 s, spin pressure 40 MPa, water-cement ratio 1.2: 1, jetting Pressure has a significant impact on pile diameter and body shape. The analysis results of orthogonal test using professional analysis software have the advantages of fast and accurate, and worth to be popularized in similar projects in the future.
