首先介绍了国内某大型核电集团ERP项目的实施背景和分阶段实施的策略,并根据该集团下属的某核电公司(ERP第二阶段)实施工作的特点,对实施过程中的风险因子进行寻找与分析,并对风险因子进行定性和定量的风险分析,在定性和定量风险分析输出结果的基础上,依据实施阶段的时间序列,对所存在的风险提出有效规避的若干措施与建议。
